The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the check-in process was slow and cumbersome, causing us to almost miss an appointment.

During our recent trip to China, we had a pleasant surprise with the accommodations we found. The hotel was quite modern and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very comfortable, offering a huge bathroom and a lovely tub to relax in after a day of exploring. Every evening we found fresh flowers left on the bed and plenty of bottled water.
There were a few things that could be improved. The hotel lacked a decent gift shop and the spa staff had some communication issues to iron out.
